At Tarun Tahiliani, we strive to ensure your couture experience is seamless; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on eligible non-customized pieces within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all designer tags and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team via email or our dedicated support portal within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is acknowledged, ensure the garment is securely packed in its original luxury box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Scheduled Pickup
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup through our logistics partner at a time convenient for you, ensuring the package is sealed and labeled correctly.
- 4.Refund Processing
Upon receipt, our atelier will conduct a thorough quality check; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
